Our dog Charlie (pictured here) is a standard sized dachshund, wears a size small (and can fit into a medium, too) and weighs about 17.5lbs and I am wearing a S/M here.
If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing DOWN for this fabric type (it's stretchy as well)!
